Deurowood® NP 7 is our latest generation plasticizer. Deurowood® NP 7 is a water and solvent free mix of polymers, 100% active matter and non-volatile. Even low dosages of 1% can already improve resin flow and elasticity of the cured resin. The mix of polymers provide a very low impact on chemical and mechanical resistance to the final cured resin surface. Typical dosages are in between 1-5%, on the base resin parameters and the required properties. Deurowood® NP 7 can be used within the resin cooking process to create co-polymers or it can be mixed with the resin just before paper impregnation.
