Deurowood® PHO is designed for the use of “difficult” press plates, characterized by gloss–matte regions, or a high degree of porosity on the press plate. Deurowood® PHO is also well suited for deep structures with very narrow lines. Dosed at 0.1 – 0,3% Deurowood® PHO significantly prevents the build up of residues.
Usage
Deurowood® PHO is primarily added as a release agent to the surface resin. Deurowood® PHO is highly concentrated and should be used at 0.05 % to 0.2 % (lq./lq.).
