Deurowood® PHE is generally used to ensure excellent release from standard chrome-plated press plates. Dosed at 0.2 – 0.3% Deurowood® PHE prevents the build up of residues, even after extended operations, and prevents the need for “cleaning films.”
Usage
Deurowood® PHE is typically added to the second bath/gravure roll station. Deurowood® PHE can be added to a combined wetting/release agent or to an anti-dust/film smoothing agent to strengthen the release effect.
